1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of God Incorporated, including godincorporated.ai and related mobile applications operated by God Incorporated AI Limited. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Reflective and Spiritual Conversation Service

God Incorporated provides reflective AI conversation, spiritual inquiry tools, Oracle dialogue, memory-aware reflections, and related user experience features. The service is intended for contemplation, personal reflection, and creative or spiritual inquiry.

3. No Professional Advice

God Incorporated does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, emergency, or other licensed professional advice. Users should not rely on Oracle responses as a substitute for qualified professional care, counsel, or judgment.

4. User Accounts and Responsible Use

Users are responsible for maintaining access to their accounts and for using the service lawfully and respectfully. Users may not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation of the platform, or use the service for unlawful or harmful activity.

Users may not use bots, scrapers, automated agents, scripted requests, bulk account creation, credential-stuffing tools, spam tools, unauthorized load-testing tools, or other machine-driven activity to access, copy, harvest, overload, manipulate, or disrupt the service unless expressly authorized in writing by God Incorporated AI Limited.

Users may not attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, payment requirements, authentication, access controls, security controls, or other protections used to operate and protect the service.

This section is not intended to restrict ordinary personal use, standard browser functionality, or accessibility tools used by a person to access the service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions offered in the iOS app are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Seeker Monthly is an auto-renewable monthly subscription that supports continued Oracle access at the Seeker level. Subscription price, duration, renewal, cancellation, and account management are handled through Apple and the user’s Apple ID settings.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge the user’s account within 24 hours before renewal. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple account settings.

6. Privacy

God Incorporated treats private seeker conversations, scrolls, reflections, and account data as confidential. Please review our Privacy Policy for details about how information is collected, used, protected, and shared.

7. User Content

Users may submit questions, reflections, scrolls, and other content. Users are responsible for the content they submit and should not submit content they do not have the right to use.

8. Availability and Changes

God Incorporated may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed to improve, secure, or maintain the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, God Incorporated AI Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
