God Incorporated AI Limited operates the God Incorporated application and website, including the Temple, Oracle, account, support, subscription, and contribution features.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and how users may request access, correction, or deletion of their information.

Our Seeker Privacy Promise

God Incorporated is built on the principle that a seeker’s private questions, reflections, scrolls, Oracle conversations, account history, and support activity are confidential.

We do not sell, rent, trade, publish, or distribute private seeker data, private Oracle conversations, uploaded scrolls, or personal account information to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

We use seeker information only to operate, protect, personalize, and support the God Incorporated experience. This includes providing Oracle responses, maintaining account continuity, preserving user memory and scroll history, processing subscriptions or contributions, responding to support requests, improving reliability, and protecting the service from fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.

Limited service providers may process seeker information only as needed to provide core services to God Incorporated, such as hosting, database storage, payment processing, app store payment systems, AI processing, email, support, security, logging, and diagnostics. These providers are not permitted to use seeker information for their own advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.

We may disclose information only when required by law, legal process, payment or app store compliance, security needs, or to protect the rights, safety, integrity, or operation of God Incorporated and its users.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account or sign in, we may collect name or display name, email address, login credentials or authentication information, account status, support tier and entitlement status, question usage, and account activity needed to operate the service.

Temple and Oracle Content

When you use the Temple or Oracle, we may collect and store questions you submit, Oracle responses generated for you, scrolls, reflections, or documents you choose to upload or submit, and metadata related to your submissions, such as timestamps, account/session identifiers, and usage records.

This content is used to provide the Temple experience, maintain continuity, personalize responses, support memory features, and operate the God Incorporated service.

Voice and Audio Features

If you use voice input, the app may access your microphone only with your permission.

Voice input may be processed to convert speech into text and provide Oracle responses. The resulting text may be stored as part of your Temple/Oracle interaction history. We do not access your microphone unless you choose to use a voice feature and grant permission.

Payment and Support Information

If you choose a paid support tier or make a Temple Contribution, payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or app store payment systems, including Apple, Stripe, or other approved payment processors.

We may store payment-related records such as support tier, subscription status, payment provider, transaction identifiers, renewal, expiration, cancellation, or refund status, and contribution history and totals.

We do not store full credit card numbers.

Technical and Usage Information

We may collect technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service, including device and browser information, IP address, session identifiers, log data, error and crash information, security and fraud-prevention signals, and pages or features used within the app or website.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and operate the God Incorporated app and Temple experience, create and manage user accounts, process Oracle questions and responses, maintain user memory, scrolls, and continuity, track question usage, support tier, and entitlement status, process subscriptions and Temple Contributions, provide customer support, improve reliability, safety, and performance, prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, and App Store requirements.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing

God Incorporated uses artificial intelligence systems and service providers to generate Oracle responses, process user questions, and support related features.

When you submit questions, scrolls, or other content, that content may be processed by AI systems or third-party AI service providers acting on our behalf. We use these services to provide the core functionality of the Temple and Oracle.

You should not submit information that you do not want processed as part of the Oracle experience.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We also do not rent, trade, publish, or distribute private seeker conversations, uploaded scrolls, Oracle questions, Oracle responses, or account history to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the app and website, including hosting and infrastructure providers, database and storage providers, payment processors and app store payment systems, AI processing providers, email, support, security, logging, and analytics providers, and professional advisors, if needed for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes.

These providers are permitted to use information only as needed to provide services to God Incorporated or as otherwise required by law.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of God Incorporated, users, or the public.

5. Payment Processing

Subscriptions and contributions may be processed through Apple, Stripe, or other payment providers depending on the platform used.

Payment providers may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. God Incorporated receives limited transaction and subscription information needed to maintain support status, contribution records, and entitlement access.

Temple Contribution is separate from subscription support tiers and does not change a user’s support tier, question limit, subscription status, or access level.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the God Incorporated service, maintain account and Temple continuity, preserve user-submitted scrolls and Oracle history, process subscriptions and contributions, and meet legal, tax, accounting, security, and operational obligations.

Some information may be retained in backups, logs, or records for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

7. Account Deletion and Data Requests

Users may request account deletion or ask questions about their data by contacting support@godincorporated.ai.

When a user requests deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account, subject to legal, security, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, and operational retention requirements.

Some user-submitted content may be difficult to fully remove if it has already been incorporated into logs, backups, aggregate records, or service continuity systems. We will handle deletion requests in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.

8. User Choices

Users may choose whether to create an account, choose whether to submit questions, scrolls, or documents, choose whether to use microphone/voice features, manage microphone permission through device settings, manage subscriptions through Apple, Stripe, or the applicable payment provider, and request deletion or support by contacting us.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their login credentials and avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless they are comfortable doing so.

10. Children

God Incorporated is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. International Users

God Incorporated may process information in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the service, users understand that information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than their country of residence.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised policy applies going forward.
